All products are printed on demand and made to order. Colors may vary between what you see on your screen and the final printed product due to individual screen settings and the printing process; these slight color variations are not considered defects. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Customized items are final sale unless defective. If your item arrives with a production error or shipping damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@partyframework.com with a photo and your order number and we will make it right. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service.
