1. Overview
The Party Framework fulfills all products through print-on-demand via Printify. Because every item is made to order, please review the production and shipping timelines below before placing your order.
2. Important: Production Time vs. Shipping Time
For all orders, there are two separate timeframes to be aware of:
- Production time — the time it takes to print and prepare your item before it ships. This is typically 3–7 business days and is not included in the shipping estimate.
- Shipping time — the time in transit from the fulfillment facility to your address, once the item has shipped.
Your total delivery window = production time + shipping time. Please plan accordingly, especially for time-sensitive events like parties, graduations, or holidays.
3. Custom & Print-on-Demand Products
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after production
- Expedited shipping: Available at checkout where offered (does not reduce production time)
- Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days from order date under standard conditions
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders are fulfilled through Printify and shipped from their network of print providers. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly displayed on the site.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
6. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Delays & Circumstances Outside Our Control
The Party Framework is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others)
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@partyframework.com and we will do our best to assist.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@partyframework.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or fulfillment. The Party Framework is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@partyframework.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.
