We make every effort to display products accurately. Colors, sizes, and print placement may vary slightly from what is shown. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
4. Product Categories & Sourcing
The Party Framework offers products across two categories:
- Ready to Buy — pre-designed items available for immediate purchase.
- You Customize (One of a Kind) — custom, print-on-demand items produced specifically for you through our print partner. All sales are final.
5. Custom & Print-on-Demand Orders
All One of a Kind and other designated print-on-demand products are printed on demand and made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, all sales are final. Please review your customization carefully before submitting — we are not responsible for spelling, punctuation, grammar, or other errors in content provided by you.
6. Content Policy
We love creative expression — but all custom orders are subject to review. Submissions containing hate speech, obscene or offensive language, or violations of trademark or copyright law will not be approved and the order will be cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring that all text, images, and other content you submit are accurate and that you have the legal right to use them. By placing an order and approving your design, you confirm that all details (including names, dates, and layout) are correct.
7. Order & Refund Policy
All print-on-demand products are made to order. Colors may vary between what you see on your screen and the final printed product due to individual screen settings and the printing process; these slight color variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or reprints. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives with a production error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@partyframework.com with a photo and your order number so we can review your claim.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G2KM, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. 10. Party Countdown & Planning Tools
The Party Countdown and any other planning, reminder, or scheduling tools offered on The Party Framework (including email and SMS countdown sequences) are provided for entertainment and organizational convenience purposes only. These tools are not a substitute for your own planning and preparation.
G2KM, LLC makes no guarantee that countdown reminders, emails, or notifications will be delivered on time, in full, or at all, due to factors outside our control including but not limited to email deliverability, spam filters, carrier delays, or third-party service interruptions. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, missed events, or party-related outcomes arising from your reliance on these tools. Use of the Party Countdown system is entirely at your own risk.
By using any planning or countdown feature on The Party Framework, you agree to hold G2KM, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims arising from the use or non-use of these features.
11. AI Chat & Automated Support Tools
The Party Framework may offer an AI-powered chat assistant on our website to help answer questions, provide product recommendations, and assist with party planning. This tool is powered by third-party AI technology and is provided for convenience and informational purposes only.
Please be aware that:
