1. Our General Policy
At The Party Framework, all products are printed on demand and made to order through our print partner, Printify. Because production begins immediately upon order approval, all sales are final. Please review the full policy below before placing your order.
2. Custom & Print-on-Demand Products
All products are made to order specifically for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
The only exception to our all-sales-final policy is a verified production error — meaning the wrong item was printed or there is a significant print defect that occurred during manufacturing. To request a review, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@partyframework.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item and the issue. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.
We are not responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation, or design errors in content you submitted
- Color variations due to screen settings or the printing process
- Minor print size or placement variations inherent to the POD process
- Sizing issues — please review size guides carefully before ordering
Color variations and minor placement differences are not considered defects, as described in our Terms of Service.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted, as production begins immediately. If you believe you made an error, contact us at support@partyframework.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages) at support@partyframework.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We may request that you retain the item and packaging while we investigate with the carrier. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
