Account & Checkout Data: Name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment providers — we do not store full payment card details).
Order Information: Items purchased, order history, and order communications.
Customization Data: Any text, images, or other content you upload or submit for custom or print-on-demand products through our You Customize (One of a Kind) products.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on site, and referring URLs.
Marketing & Behavioral Data: Email engagement (opens, clicks), site browsing behavior collected via cookies and tracking pixels, and chat interaction logs.
Communications: Messages sent to us via email, chat, or phone.

5. Email & SMS Marketing
By signing up for our Party Countdown or other email/SMS programs, you consent to receive marketing communications from The Party Framework via Klaviyo. You can opt out at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email or replying STOP to any SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS.
We do not sell your contact information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We share personal information only as necessary to operate our business:
- Shopify — our ecommerce platform (processes orders, stores customer data)
- Payment Processors — e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, or others (PCI-compliant)
- Klaviyo — email and SMS marketing platform
- Printify — POD fulfillment partner (receives name, address, and order details for custom orders)
- Google, Meta, Pinterest — analytics and advertising pixel tools (receive behavioral/browsing data subject to their own privacy policies)
- AI Chat Providers — third-party tools powering our on-site chat assistant (may log conversation data to improve service)
- Legal & Compliance — we may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information.
