1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, understand how you use the site, and deliver relevant content and advertising. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, and local storage, which function in comparable ways.
2. How We Use Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Party Framework uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:
Essential Cookies
Required for the website and checkout to function properly. These cannot be disabled without affecting core site functionality. Examples include session cookies that keep you logged in and cart cookies that remember your selections.

Help us understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve the experience. We use Google Analytics 4 for this purpose. Data collected is aggregated and anonymized where possible (for example, by IP masking in Google Analytics where configured).
Marketing & Advertising Cookies
Used to deliver relevant ads and track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We use the following tools:
- Meta Pixel — tracks site visits and conversions for Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Pinterest Tag — tracks site visits and conversions for Pinterest advertising
- Additional advertising tools may be added as our marketing program grows
Functional Cookies
Remember your preferences (such as language or region) to provide a more personalized experience.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages, including Klaviyo (email marketing), our AI chat provider, and social media platforms. These third parties have their own cookie and privacy policies.
3. Cookie Consent
When you first visit The Party Framework, you will be presented with a cookie consent notice. You can choose to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences. A cookie consent tool will be active on our site at or prior to launch.
4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent the site or checkout from functioning correctly.
- Opt-out tools — you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and Meta advertising at your Facebook ad preferences.
- Industry opt-out resources — you can also visit the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) for browser-based ad preferences.
- Cookie consent tool — use the cookie preference center on our site to update your choices at any time.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but you can manage your preferences through the methods described in Section 4.

- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website or search term
