Order & Refund Policy
All products are printed on demand and made to order. Colors may vary between what you see on your screen and the final printed product due to individual screen settings and the printing process; these slight color variations are not considered defects. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives with a production error or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@partyframework.com with a photo and your order number so we can review your claim. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service.
