📸 Design Requirements
To get the best print quality on your towel, please submit files that meet the following requirements:
- Resolution: 300 DPI at print size — higher is always better
- File format: JPG or PNG only — no screenshots, no PDFs, no heavily compressed files
- Avoid: screenshots from social media, heavily filtered images, or low-resolution logos
- Color note: dark colors in mockups will appear brighter and more vibrant when printed on the actual towel

Care Instructions
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry

If your item arrives with a production error or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@partyframework.com with a photo and your order number so we can review your claim.
