📸 Design Requirements

To get the best print quality on your travel mug, please submit files that meet the following requirements:

  • Resolution: 300 DPI at print size — higher is always better
  • File format: JPG or PNG only — no screenshots, no PDFs, no heavily compressed files
  • Logos: PNG with a transparent background works best for logo-only designs
  • Tip: the stipple texture adds a subtle surface pattern — bold, high-contrast designs show up best

Care Instructions

  • Hand wash only — do not put in dishwasher or microwave
