What You Can Customize

Photo Requirements

Don't worry — we'll help you through this part! Here's what works best so your photos look amazing on the banner:

• 🖨️ Resolution: Minimum 150 DPI at print size — 300 DPI preferred for best results
• 📍 Minimum pixel size: 1000×2000 px for the 24×48 banner; 1500×3000 px for the 36×72 banner
• 📂 File format: JPG or PNG only — no screenshots, no heavily compressed files
• 📱 Avoid: Screenshots from social media, heavily filtered images, or photos taken in low light — these won't print clearly at banner size
• 📌 Orientation: Portrait-oriented photos work best for vertical banners

• We'll confirm your design before sending to print

Colors may vary between what you see on your screen and the final printed product due to individual screen settings and the printing process; these slight color variations are not considered defects. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives with a production error or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@partyframework.com with a photo and your order number so we can review your claim.
