📸 Photo & Design Requirements

To get the best print quality on your clock face, please submit files that meet the following requirements:

  • Resolution: 300 DPI at print size — higher is always better
  • File format: JPG or PNG only — no screenshots, no PDFs, no heavily compressed files
  • Avoid: screenshots from social media, heavily filtered images, or low-light photos
  • Note: the clock hands and center mechanism will overlay your design — keep important elements away from the very center of your image

Care Instructions

  • Wipe frame and face with a soft dry cloth
  • Do not use liquid cleaners on the plexiglass face

All products are printed on demand and made to order. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives with a production error or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@partyframework.com with a photo and your order number so we can review your claim.
