📸 Design Requirements
To get the best print quality on your case, please submit files that meet the following requirements:
- Resolution: 300 DPI at print size — higher is always better
- File format: JPG or PNG only — no screenshots, no PDFs, no heavily compressed files
- Logos: PNG with a transparent background works best for logo-only designs
- Note: your design wraps around the full exterior of the case — consider how it will look on the sides and back

Care Instructions
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
- Remove case periodically to clean phone and case separately

If your item arrives with a production error or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@partyframework.com with a photo and your order number so we can review your claim.
