All products are printed on demand and made to order. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Customized items are final sale unless defective. If your item arrives with a production error or shipping damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@partyframework.com with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
