📸 Photo & Design Requirements
To get the best print quality on your puzzle, please submit files that meet the following requirements:
- Resolution: 300 DPI at print size — higher is always better
- File format: JPG or PNG only — no screenshots, no PDFs, no heavily compressed files
- Avoid: screenshots from social media, heavily filtered images, or low-light photos
- Orientation: match your file orientation to the puzzle orientation you select (horizontal image → horizontal puzzle, vertical image → vertical puzzle)

All products are printed on demand and made to order. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives with a production error or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@partyframework.com with a photo and your order number so we can review your claim.
